We are growing and looking for more good employees to join us

We are experiencing very pleasant growth in demand linked to the importance of our propeller blades for the green shift within the maritime industry. Larger propellers with reduced speed provide improved energy yield and reduced greenhouse gas emissions and footprint. We are therefore strengthening our capacity to meet this increased need and are looking for more operators for our production facilities in Molde. We are currently hiring operators in four different positions.

We have a very stable, experienced and competent organization at all levels which has developed the company's position until today we are the only total producer of propeller blades in all of Scandinavia. All propeller manufacturers in Norway and neighboring countries are therefore among our customers, and we produce in optimally adapted digital and manual processes. Brief explanation of our process is that we make models in wood, mold in sand, cast in bronze, machine in both 3 and 5-axis milling machines, balance, grind, polish and finish propeller blades - and then to the strictest civil and military tolerances and quality requirements.

The propeller blades and other components are then sent to the customer where they are mounted on various ships, such as large fishing vessels, car ferries, offshore vessels for wind farms and platforms, super yachts, cruise ships, military vessels, high-speed catamarans, etc.

We are now looking for more employees who enjoy seeing the results of their own good industrial work in a solid working community for our tasks such as:

1) Molds for the production of the molds for propeller blades

2) Furnace operator for operation of induction melting furnaces for bronze

3) Metal worker for polishing, grinding, quality control of the propeller blades

4) CNC operator for machining propeller blades, hubs and other components

For these positions, you should preferably have a professional background from the mechanical industry, and/or a vocational school in mechanical subjects. Should you lack this background, but feel your background is relevant, and are strongly motivated, you are still encouraged to apply. We value your good initiative and desire to learn. Training will be provided.

If you would like more information about the positions, you are welcome to call us and contact:
